hi i just wondering if anyone know how to tune up carbies
to make it run better

i want the carby giv full power
&..
what r the 2 screws on the
carby are?

What carby is it ? The carby should already be tuned, is it not performing as it should? Don't fix nothing if it isn't broken

if u dont know what the screws are u shouldnt be touching it :) do a little internet searching on how to tune a carby than u will get to know what those two screws are how to adjust them and how it will affect ur bike while ur messing with them u need to know this so u understand what the bike is doing

carbs are designed to give a ful and air mixture

the 2 screws

one is the idle screw for the idle speed

the other screw is for the idle mixture it adjust the mixture of the idle and part throttle opening

inside there is 2 jets
slow or,pilot or idle jet , its for part throttle openings and the idle mixture screw is for fine tuning of this to adjust this by ear method you have a hot bike and are adjusting it for peak idle rpm , turn 1 way till revs start to die and then turn the other way through the peak and the revs die , adjust back to the middle of these 2 points

the other jet is the main jet , this is for wide open throttle , if you change the exhaust you sometimes need to change this jet

there is a lot of info on the net about carbs if you have a search
