hey according to that flyer it looks like the draw is only for cruising brisbane members so you may have to join up with them before the day. Are you able to confirm this? if i'm not to busy that day i may head on down and check it out

You Can sign up on the day, or you can go to the CruisingBrisbane web site and register now very easy

you have to be a member and be registed for the day to win and must be prestent on the day to win also. This process takes about 5-10min very quick and easy.
