Hey guys. Just wondering what to do about my china bike. All was good and dine until I started jumping on it. Yeah yeah, I know I probably shouldn't have, but I just couldn't resist. So I was wondering. What do you think has happened? The chain will always fall off. Over the slightest bump and even on seemingly flat ground.

What do you think would be the problem and how should I go about fixing it?

Cheers for the help and before you tell me, yeah, I know, don't jump on chinas.

jumping on chinas =P haha good fun =D nah id say your chain is just too loose just tighten it abit be4 u go out next time =) this happends last time i went out randomly??

just nip up your chain and you should be right ;)=)

More likely need a better chain, the china chains stretch really easy, once stretched it'll never be able to be adjusted, get a good DID ER 420 chain for about $40.

yeh thats a good comment too..
if you havnt had your bike for long your chain will still be stretching...
but yeh it will stretch for ages until it gets too a point where it wont any more
and then you might need to take links out case your chains stretched soo long =P

Yeah, I often have to take links out of my chain to keep it tight, Im looking for a good chain to replace mine, know any online shops that sell those?

Lol. okay guys cheers. So it's probably just stretched yeah? 'Cause it's fairly new. Only had about 4 weekends in her (good, muddy weekends mind you =P).

So how do I go about taking links out?

Also how do I move the rear wheel back? That's how you tension the chain yeah?

Oh and one more thing, where do you recommend getting the chain for it. And will it be a 420?

yea there is a a tensioning bolt on each side of the swingarm, just loosen them out and you should be good. also if you end up taking links out you wont need to buy a new chain unless you want to...or it snaps.
cheers

what kinda bike is it btw?
