Ive installed a set of Applied Racing Fork Springs that use up all the travel on the fork leg, but ive had a couple of issues.
One is the play between the upper & lower fork legs which was resolved by wrapping the plastic bushing with electrical tape and closing up the gap in the bushing. This actualy reduced the play heaps.
The second problem is the fork topping out and there is a noticable knocking feel in the fork. Ive tried adding more orings between the bushing and the collet on the the lower fork leg to dampen the top out, but has not completely fixed the problem.
Anyone fixed this problem on their crf50 before?
