crf50 head swap

i was just woundering would it be the same to run a 125cc head on a crf50 with an 88cc

or are there any other heads that can be used instead of a race head

you can use a crf 70 head, pretty sure the chinga e22 (big valve) head runs with an 88cc too

what is a China e22? the ones on the 107cc? just lifans or what....
