We used a Stock rear swing arm & basicly mounted it inside, this will now mount to any CRF50 style frame, whole thing cost me $130.

O yer, im going to try a mod a CRF 37T rear sprocket, the gearing on is really tall

Any ideas how im going to find PVC pipe or similar to fit over the tyres about 330mm so it can slide like a slider?

get turf tyres for it 2nd hand and mount them,alot lower profile and pretty much the same as go kart tyres.

You could let them down a bit, slip the 300mm PVC over then inflate again until its a tight fit?

try and look for polyethlene, the stuff they use for water and gas these days. Much thicker than pvc, might be a little softer though.
