are they much better? sorry i dont know much this would be my first bike and just want to find out all i can be for i get one

All bikes are really designed for around the 80kgs. More than that and the suspension will need modification. This is true for ALL bikes, not sure cheap chinese bikes, it's just they are smaller therefore a change in ride weight is a large percentage of the over package.
