dhz 140 idle issue

i have a dhz 140 i bought second hand not that long ago and im pretty the carby thats on it is oversize ... when i have the bars straight it wont idle then when i turn them full lock left it starts revving by itself can someone help an tell me what the problem is .. the throttle isnt tight or pulling on anything so i don;t no what it;s doing this

maybe just turn the idle up to match the RPM when the bars are turned.

Turn up the idle and check your throttle cable sound like its too short or catching somewhere when u turn the handle bars its pulling on the cable
