Got a oko 26mm carby with 103 and 38 jets in it but I can't get it idling right do I need to change the needle setting (need help) thanks
you are right, the idle is pretty much the just the pilot circuit.
i am guessing it just needs the mixture screw adjusted
raise the idle speed by turning big screw inwards a full turn or 1.5 turns from where you have it.
then adjust the mixture screw until so the revs rise, find the smoothest point and drop the idle back down to a nice speed.
once the pilot jet is sussed, then you can check the main jetting.
if you have a 103 main jet in it now , you wouldn't notice any difference by fitting a 102.
