dhz 160 outlaw carby help

hi,

ive got an oko 28mm for my stock 155z engine, just wondering as a basis what jet sizes i should be running or is the 28mm way to big?
has a 48 pilot and 105 main at the moment, runs ok at speed but has a flat spot down low.
any help would ne much apprecieted, thanks

36 or 38 pilot

mixture screw @ around 1.5 - 2 turns out (where best idle is achieved)

needle clip will have to be dialed in by you..

its my 1st mini bike got it when they 1st came out. Goes hard 4 a small bike, brakes & suspension work really well. cant really fault the bike ,really good to ride. just having a few hiccups with the new carby but other than that i rate these bikes.
