Well that's why I would never consider to pay for some thing that matters online. Not because of that I generically don’t trust people but without seeing the things I wanted in a flash but still paying for it? Nowadays you never can be too careful. Good luck with the parts you paid mate, hope the dude can rise up and do things right to save his reputation.
Did you buy off him or DHZ? because they are two totally different people.
Ruby, I thought you would have learned your lesson after the first time it went bad. Did you end up getting your cash back off the other dude?

i don't live far from there but i can't just go 2 hsi door and tell him 2 sen u the part, i'll just send him a letter or something saying 2 send Ruby from Miniriders the part, then plus if his mum opens it and reads is (like mum reads mine) lol then she will find he is being a scum and hav a growl.

DHZ138 has gotten back to me ... after using the CAPS LOCK for my last PM to him ... so no need to start a posse. lol I was just starting to get annoyed at not hearing anything, but I do try to avoid the name calling etc and blowing up about it. Never know if something has genuinely gone bad at their end.
His offered a refund. Says he's been away for 4 days. Dunno what happened there really. Still need forks though.
Think we might just end up paying top dollar for AS02 forks, rather than trying to find someone with a set of USD forks for rebuilding.
Peggy, yer I got the money back from z50kid. Things do seem to get resolved on this forum, but they don't quite go as planned in the first place. Hope ot have my money back from dhz138 this week.

He's only 12 or 13 years old.
And I think that the people who posted replys that contaned his address etc (ruby and pascal) should edit them to remove these details.
It seems like a honest mistake and I would go nuts if somebody posted my address up for everyone to see.

The thought had crossed my mind that maybe something bad happened (death in the family etc). Wouldn't be the first time.

I wasnt thinking about beating him up, I am sure he can look after himself.
But we all know what cars, bikes, tools, etc. we have in each others homes and we also know plenty of stuff about each other (like when we are likley to be home) so posting up too much detail about yourself or somebody else is dangerous.

i have edited pascal's post and if another persons address is put 4 every1 2 c, bigger actions will be taking, it is not ur place 2 display sum1 else's address on the internet, wat happens if some weirdo got ahold of that address, wat u did was irresponsible and you should know better...
Well aren't you an example of closing the gate after the horse has bolted. How is it irresponsible to remove the details myself after coming to my own conclusion I should reverse it ... and then you post this up two days after?
Perhaps members shouldn't go around getting into deals they can't honour, leaving it for over a week of numerous unanswered emails before the buyer needs to take some action to rectify the situation? I don't live in VIC so maybe someone here knew the guy and could see if he needed a nudge or to check that things were okay. If I wanted to be a real bitch about it, I'd have let Ricky take the drive over ... but we're civil people.
No one is responsible for another weirdos actions anyway.
