Don't buy from Killer Powersports / Power Sports Distro !!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER! so my wife ordered a pitbike from them on December 8th. they took our cc payment right away. a few days later we check the account on the website and our order hasn't shown up. we call and ask about the order and they say we will call you back. this went on for a week and a half. we get on their facebook page and more ppl are complaining. then the next day POOF their comments are deleted. so we call SSR and they call and talk to them. they email us back and tell us they have blocked our phone numbers and don't want to do business with ppl that think they are a shady seller. they emailed and said our payment would be refunded. that was a week ago. still no refund. not worried cuz the CC company will refund the money. they claim great customer service on their website and that they are a small company and can process orders fast but all we got was **** service and so did other people. the salesman at SSR said they have got multiple complaints about that same website. I hope SSR drops their account. sorry for the long rant just trying to warn everyone about them.

I do not know anything about killer power sports but I did buy through powersports distro and everything went fine. Took 4 days to get my SSR 125 Manual. I would buy from them again.

This company is border line criminal. They sent me a bike that would not start, attempting to get any type of customer assistance is absolutely worthless. They are uneducated and ignorant. They hide behind keyboards and monitors. Avoid this company, if you did recieve a bike that works consider yourself lucky! You've been warned

AVOID POWER SPORTS DISTRO

Bought a SSR50 from them online a few months ago. It came to me not putting out power, and handlebars were bent. Attempted to contact them and after 20 calls gave up and went to their email. They told me the 72 hours had expired and I was out of luck. Haha, you'll never be able to reach then within 72hrs, they sell crap and their customer service is worse than their product. I got a text saying my money is in their pocket and that's where it'll stay. I'd love to be able to talk to them in person, however, I'm an active duty Marine stationed far away. Stay away guys these scum are criminals

Sorry to hear about the stuff around they have given you.
Hopefully people will google them before they buy bikes etc off them and find this thread.

I'm surprised you don't have some sort of laws over there to stop this kind of thing from happening!
In Australia we have the Department of Consumer Affairs who will step in and help sort things out.
You didn't pay via Paypal by any chance ?

Thanks man, I paid with a credit card. I am currently working with the card for a refund. Fortunately I only spent a few hundred dollars, hopefully anyone spending a lot of money will see this and avoid these guys.

It would be helpful to have an organization that would step in and sort it out. I have contacted the BBB and have contemplated getting a lawyer just because of how unprofessional they are. I have a list of texts coming from them talking like they are gangsters. Infuriating to say the least!!!!

I also tried to buy from these knuckleheads powersportsdistro.com on 15Nov15 to get a 125 four wheeler for my kid for Christmas. They charged my card immediately then I never received a confirmation email confirming my order then 10 days went by which during that time I tried calling them at least 30 times with no answer and no return call. I also emailed the email address on their site at least a dozen times with no response I finally spoke with the sheriffs department here and they said to let them know that is there was no response in 24hrs to file a warrant for online theft since I had their names. This company is horrible and unprofessional and will not communicate with anyone they finally refunded my money after I took a warrant for their arrest out on them.
