Hey Guys

Looking to upgrade the Ducar engine I currently have in one of my Agb-29's to one of these

125cc GPX - http://www.pitsterpro.com/store/home.php?cat=143 (can get in Aus won't be imported)

or the 140cc Mojo Outlaw- http://www.mojomotorcycles.com.au/outlaw.php

I'm not too concerned about the power I just want to know which one is better quality. I don't know much about the Mojo engines and I was wondering if someone could shed some light on this matter?

from what i can tell (and this is only an educated guess) i would say that this is a Jailing (GPX) as all the current bikes coming from mojo seem to be running Jailing motors. it would seem silly to change from whats renound as a great motor to something less for a outlaw motor.

what does everyone else think about this matter??

Cheers, Tony.

Keep with the GPX (Jailing) Motor , they have a very strong tranny and good upgrade potential.

All that the Lifans have going for them is the head, they have a good flowing head , which is better than the jailing but , jailings are a stronger motor, and you can swap heads over anyways, if you get keen.

spot on, i am going to keep my entire bottom end and change the head, cam, barrel, piston, the whole lot will be different in the end apart from the bottom end being tranny, clutch etc... and even so i might see if i can fit a hydrolic clutch (i hear there the bees knees when it comes to clutches)

is what i have said true though about this motor being a Jailing (GPX) as from what i can tell all signs point to yes it is but some clarification would be nice.

Cheers guys, Tony.

Jailing clutchs are very good units and dont tend to overheat because they have a really good basket and 5 plates, no point fixing somthing that aint broken IMO.

But yeah , wack a lifan big valve head on with some good porting work and a crower g2 cam and it'l be quick motor.

you can buy the gpx of ebay (us) i asked a while back if they would ship here they said yes so supose you ask them and see if they still will
