exhaust an bar clamp info please

does any one have any pics of a pitpro110 muffler opened up cause i wanna have a look to see if i can get it louder but i dont want to open mine up cause i need a pop riveter

does any one know if i can mod my stock exhaust to make it louder?? just until i buy a performance one

also can some one please tell me if this will fit my pitpro110 the bar clamp

hay mate, im pretty sure you can make it louder by taking the baffle out. to do this take your pot rivits out and remove the rear cap, you should find it in there. chances are its going to be tack welded on the front of the muffler in 2 places, if you grap the baffle and fire restrictor and wiggle it it should snap those tack welds and slide the baffle out. replace your end cap and re pot rivit your cap into place, and hay presto you have removed your restriction and away you go. you may then need to re-jet your carby as the airflow and back pressure has changed due to this modification.

good luck mate but if your considering upgrading to a performance exhaust (pro circut t-4 etc etc...) i wouldnt bother with stock, more work than its worth.

if i buy the new pipe some thing like the pro circut do i have to re jet it??
an is it worth it eg; does it sound better,better performance

also does any one know if that bar clamp on that link will fit on my pitpro ???
