Hey if anyones got any knowledge about this it would be great.
The question is this, does cutting your exhaust pipe shorter make any difference to your bike. The reason i ask is that i know a bloke that use too race for husqvarna and he told me the other day that they would shorten their pipe to get more bottom end is this true or just an old bull**** story!. Cant see it doin much for a pitty.

for a pitty, probly do nothing..

exhaust mods is one of those things that you need to do dyno tests with... and wat may work for one bike doesnt really mean it will work for all...

on a pitty most of the power is made/changed in the header pipe... size, length and how long the bend is.. and straighter the pipe the better flow...
and by changing these values or mixing em up a bit it can change at what rpm power is made...
