Would be interested to hear of any feedback from riders re attendance and/or

In the interest of accomodating the Fast 50 riders an outline on costs,
rules and a general reminder to those not
actively involved in the ACTMCC, the ground rules of the club which shall be
abided by all members and guests of the club facilities.
Communication of events:
The ACTMCC will endeavour to hold frequent recreational riding days which
will be posted directly through the use of the ACTMCC Facebook and ACTMCC
web page (ACTMCC.com - Club Calendar) and indirectly through the Fast 50
forum.
Costs:
All riders shall be members of the ACTMCC and payment
in full is required prior to riding (see attached Indemnity Form and Club
Membership)
Recreational Riding Fees:
$20 for afternoon session (where the club has set aside less than or equal
to a three hour block of session time) $30 for a half day session (where the
club has set aside more than a three hour block of session time)
Track use:
The current track for use will be the nippers/ PW training track, however
the club may identify areas of interest for further development of this
activity in the future pending the success and ongoing support to the club
provided by the Fast 50 community.
All accidents are to be reported directly to the sign on location for
recording.
Protective Clothing:
Protective clothing is to be in line or exceed AMA guidlines as noted in the
GCR 2011 Full protective clothing is required Riders wearing Shorts and/or
thongs (uncovered skin) will NOT be allowed to ride and will forfit any
moneies payed and there ability to ride until the issue is resolved
Sign on:
1.All riders shall be required to complete a Partcipant declaration prior to
riding.
2.All riders prior to riding shall have there bikes available for
scrutineering
3.Prior to riding a Riders brief will be held and you will be notified at
sign on of the location and timing PRIOR to the track being opened for
social riding
A reminder of our club rules:
These rules are not to contradict or breach any of the GCR's. These rules
are to help members and officials to communicate and help the ride days to
proceed smoothly.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All competitors, officials and parents are reminded of the motorcycling
Australia By-Law-CODE OF CONDUCT (as stipulated in the GCR's) which is a
guide to appropriate behaviour at all motorcycle meetings. This Code of
Conduct applies to all meetings (practice, coaching, racing or
administrative events/meetings) held by the ACTMCC and shall be enforced.
All members should be advised that the club will enforce a ZERO tolerance to
abusive behaviour by any member, parent, pit crew or visitor toward club
officials working on behalf of the club at any given event. This includes
all key officials, appointed volunteers, contracted services (first aid and
the like) and those working for or on behalf of the club at any time during
an event, hereafter referred to as "officials".
All members should be aware that any abusive behaviour, be it physical,
verbal or psychological directed at any official will be reported to the
Clerk of Course, Steward and/or Race Controlling Body (RCB). The incident
will be investigated fully to determine relevant penaltie(s) imposable
either during and/or after the event.
Penalties for incidents in breach of the GCR's (as described in Clause 4.3
of the Manual of Motorsport - MoMS) may be imposed by the Clerk of Course
(under Clause 4.3.6.2 of the MoMS) as follows:
a) A reprimand,
b) A fine no greater than $1,000,
c) Relegation,
d) Exclusion.
e) Removal or ejection from the venue
Penalties for incidents in breach of the GCRs may be imposed by the Steward
(under Clause 4.3.6.3 of the MoMS) as follows:
a) A reprimand,
b) A fine no greater than $2,000,
c) Relegation,
d) Exclusion.
e) Suspension of no more than 6 months.
f) Removal or ejection from the venue
Should the incident be deemed significant enough to be escalated to the RCB,
and/or should the RCB decide to take action from a reported incident, it may
impose penalties (under Clause 4.3.6.4 of the MoMS) as follows:
a) A reprimand,
b) A fine no greater than $5,000,
c) Relegation,
d) Exclusion.
e) Suspension of no more than 24 months
In addition:
* All competitors, officials and parents are reminded of the motorcycling
Australia By-Law-CODE OF CONDUCT (as stipulated in the GCR's) which is a
guide to appropriate behaviour at all motorcycle meetings. This Code of
Conduct applies to all meetings held by the ACTMCC and shall be enforced.
All members, family and friends are asked to arrive and leave in an orderly
manner .
* NO RIDING OF UNREGISTERED MOTORCYCLES AT THE COMPLEX OTHER THAN ON THE
TRACK: This includes the pit area and the car parks. The appointed Officials
will exclude riders.
* RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARENTS/GUARDIANS/SENIORS TO ASSIST IN THE RUNNING
OF MEETINGS: Every rider MUST have a parent/guardian or another person able
to help with the duties of running a meeting. The parent/guardian/senior
will be required to nominate the duty of their preference on the roster
sheet at sign-on. If the parent/guardian/senior is unable to assist, the
rider will have a penalty imposed on the day . If you do not volunteer for a
duty, you will be allocated one. Parent/guardians/seniors will be required
to nominate for any of the followings duties:
Sign on, Flag Marshal, Water Truck/Watering, Canteen, Toilets, Track
Preparation, Packing up, Lap Scoring, Pit gate/Marshal, Dummy Grid
o ANIMALS: Animals are prohibited from the complex. Animals that assist
with a person with a disability will be accepted.
o DRESS CODE: No open toe footwear/smoking/drinking passed the pit gates.
o INJURED RIDERS: The ambulance officers that are in attendance of the day,
will have the final say as to whether an injured rider can continue to
compete on the day. No one is allowed on the track under any circumstances.
o ALCOHOL: There is to be NO ALCOHOL consumed by riders, parents or
guardians on ride days. No alcohol in the pit area. If you are caught
drinking alcohol you will be asked to leave .
o UNDER 16 YEARS OLD IN THE PIT AREA: As per our track licence states that
any person under the age of 16 years old is not permitted in the pit area
unless you are a competitor.
o PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE ACTMCC IS MANAGED BY A GROUP OF DEDICATED
UNPAID VOLUNTEERS. AT NO TIME WILL PHYSICAL/VERBAL ABUSE BE TOLERATED TOWARD
THEM OR ANY OTHER MEMBER OF THE CLUB AT ANY TIME.
o MUST Be a current member of the ACTMCC
