Thats the same as the standard rear shock on AGB-29's. Its quite a good shock and will far out perform the standard Pitpro shock. The adjustability of the rebound works properly as well. Obviously just make sure that its the same eye to eye length as the standard shock.

Uh, cause I've got 2 of em as you know Franky...

One on the dirt bike and the other on my motard bike.

hmmmm might think about the BS-66AR-280L now, costs a bit more tho.... oh well, looks better too! shocks look **** without an external ressy :D

going to have to get a set of fastace forks to match them too, stock forks are sheet...

maybe i should have just bought a mojo or mso to begin with ;)

Hey NinetySix, just wanted to let you know before you spend your hard earned on a new rear shock. I'm pretty sure that your shock would be 270mm eye to eye and it would probably create dramas with the chain roller if you tried to run a 280. Also pretty sure that the shocks you mention won't fit between the seat rails. I reckon you should try a BS-58RC (270mm). I know for sure they will fit and there a good shock for that bike. Cheaper to :)

mate they arent a 270mm cos they have the mono swing arm and not the trangle type. we got 280mm shocks in our pitpros/dhz bikes and they sit fine and dont rub anywhere its a bit of sqeeze but they certainly fit in there ok

**** i hope theres no problems, i just paid for the 66AR, AS02 forks and an IRK  i gave it a quick dodgy measure and it measured at about 270mm with the bike still on the ground (slightly sagging) but ill give it a proper measure before DHZ send all the stuff out.. the shock looks a lot like the one thats in there already (cept better obviously) and mine definately has 10mm eyes, and it looks just as wide as the fastace

cheers for the heads up

ps: will i have any troubles fitting AS02 forks to my pitpro outlaw (alloy frame) ?

hey ninetysix can you let me know how you go with installing the irk cause i wanna install one an have been told a few thing like if there installed wrong it will farrk up your engine an how are you gonna take off the old flywheel are you going to use a pully or??

i installed an IRK on my old motor no worries, i got the old one off with a grinder hahah. going to take it to a mechanic to use a puller this time tho.

just make sure all the screws on the stator and ignition pickup are nice and tight, use loctite on them so they dont come loose. wiring up the new CDI isnt too hard either. might have to check that the ignition timing is set right but im not 100% sure how to do it with an IRK because there are no timing marks on the rotor that i can see

ninetysix you have a pitpro 138cc yeah?? what size shock did you get 280mm or 270mm??

i got one but its not **** like that... there is alloy and there is chrommoly! and that one is the cheaperr/ nastier alloy! still fairly strong but i have the chrommoly! much more reliable and i have not had a fall out yet

oh okay thats for the info ninetysix:)
i was just tryin to figure out what size i need
