Gday I have just repaired a broken seal in my fast bs66ar rear shock, refilled the oil but Iam unsure of what air pressure to put in. Any help on this would be awsome.

its 80 psi and I would use nitrogene instead of air(ask in a place where they sell and repair car tires);)

yeah dont use straight "air" for recharging a shock, use Nitrogen as The Mountain said. Nitrogen is an inert gas, and isnt effected by heat or cold etc etc...
Straight "air" isnt inert, and will be effected more as your shock heats up, will speed up the breaking-down of the oil in the shock, and will also effect the action/performance of your shock, as the shock heats and cools as you are riding... It's for the same principal that they use it in car tyres a bit nowadays, particularly in racing applications, and the same reason they use it in telescopes, binoculars, gun-scopes etc etc. Once upon a time, it was also used inside the floats in carby float bowls, to keep a more even keel with fuel/float levels. probably not on *genuine* 30mm fake ebay mikunis though..... ;)
