Hi,
I have posted a simular Post under Quads/ATV's.

Hi, I am new here. I live near Fremantle, Western Australia.

I have never had a quad, just a few road bikes. So this is all new.

I recently got this clapped out quad.
I want to get going, get into having some fun, and maybe even get serious into race.

I think I may have made a big mistake in getting this Feilong ATV150 ZONGSHEN Quad.

I can't find anything on this FEILONG ATV 150, made by ZONGSHEN, ZSMCO.

I need ...
SERVICE MANUAL
WORKSHOP MANUAL
PARTS - Petrol Filter, Accelerator cable, Green thing - see picture?. (maybe plastics as they are stuffed)

Is there anyone who has got a pdf or knows were to download one of the manual?

Let me know if you live close and have same ... Feilong ATV150 ZONGSHEN
or simular quad and want to get together ... or help me fix it for a few bucks.

I am going to try to fix this myself
Since no one seems to have a .pdf of the Parts, Repair or Service Book, perhaps someone can help me with obtaining some parts?

Fuel Filter

Accelerator Cable (needs to be minimum 90cm long) - (see the 3 pictures for handle bar and Carbie fitting)

Battery Size 16cm Long x 9 cm Wide (Cheapest and High Pro-Formance)

Spark plug (can you tell form this what its running like)

I think the Engine Number ZS 162FMJ ***8211; 84403011 (see photo)

Fuel filter, can get one from a bike store or lawnmower or small motor shop.

Plug is a D8EA. Looks a little black, but worry about getting the carby cleaned and the quad running first.

The thumb throttle looks a bit buggered as the spring hasnt sprung the lever back, in case it is this throttle will be fine for your bike and there is the link for the cable also.

Also if the carb is full of crap and doesnt seem to work properly this one is good for your quad.

The ZS162FMJ means the engine is a zongshen(ZS) 1(single cylinder) 62(62mm piston=150cc) and FMJ is for the engine features like electric start or kickstart or both, reverse or all gears forward and so on.

I have not seen those plastics before so look after them and maybe get some rubber for the rear guards so mud and crap doesnt flick up on you. Id pull that radiator hose off the carby which is attached to the air filter, If you need a air filter get a foam filter like this but measure the end of the carb, it will either be 38-42mm.

This is 38mm but check the sellers ebay store and fine the one needed.
