Hi all,

just a few little questions on a couple of problems i've come up with. .

will standard ttr plastics bolt straight on to the lxr ?? as im looking to change colour.

i am running a v2 head currently and am thing of purchasing either a TB or an Akunar BBK (67mm), is there any suggested mods or upgrades i should do to keep this hastle free, as it is still basiclly a stock motor except the head, e.g valve springs, clutch/springs etc. ??

another question is bars ?

what is everyone running these days, i know its up to the my own personal feeling but im tossing up between some Tag T2's or some Pro Taper Evo's or the Metal Mulisha wraped bar (which i think is an Evo) ??

I would go a stronger clutch unit to cope with the power. I know that even with a v2 alone you can have clutch issues atleast try to go a kevlar clutch kit. or something better...
 
ttr plastics should bolt straight on, but the front guard and front number plate may require drilling.
LXR also run a smaller tank shroud so LXR sticker kits will no longer fit.

akunar kit will need valve clearances done on the piston.. and compression ratio checked.

and yeah add hd clutch springs and plates and you'll need to mod or replace the clutch basket.
