well here she is, owes me about $2k as you see her... yeah i know, i shoulda just bought a mso elite

pics here

fitted AS02 forks, 66AR rear shock, IRK + oil slinger, lifan 140 motor (real 140), heavy duty footpegs, DID chain, pro taper bars, down 2 teeth on the front sprocket, heavy duty wheel bearings front and rear (as in japanese, not chinese)

just need to make sure the jetting is 100% + have a play with the timing... also need to grab a fastace pump for the forks to get the pressure right + dial in the suspension... and find a hydraulic clutch kit that replaces the clutch arm - theres a pic that shows how i bent the clutch arm up in the link. enjoy

Should of got Mazochy's

very nice let us know what you think of the forks and shock

the quality on the forks is a million times better than the stockys, even without riding it lol... ive had the rear shock on for a week or so and its also pretty good, havent set it up right yet tho but its an improvement over stock. the stock forks used to give a really nasty clunk when ever i landed a big jump, and they were so flexible the front wheel would be all over the shop... hopefully thats all gone now!

hey ninetysix is that your 138cc engine an you just installed a 140cc bore an piston??
or did you buy a whole new 140cc engine

You can get a high pressure pump for your forks from a bicycle shop. They cost somewhere around $50. Some mountain bikes have suspension that needs a HP pump so you shouldn't have any dramas getting one.

its a genuine 140cc lifan motor from DHZ

i managed to fill my pushy forks from a servo pump that only just fit in there, gotta press the button real quick or it overfulls haha

might try that before i buy a $50 pump

how you go with the bearings cos i tried fitting a set of forks tonight and the bottom shaft has a different od on it and the bearing wont fit think ill have to get a new set of bearings pretty annoying cos the difference is only .5mm

i had the same issue but i think they are supposed to be that way, might just have to get them pressed on but i got it on with a dead blow hammer

any way i took it for a ride tonight, feels completely different... i havent even set them up right, i changed the oil in one leg and i think its way overful... didnt touch the other leg, went to check the pressure with my pump and it wouldnt fit but i lost the pressure that was in that leg....

but it still feels just about perfect! such a plush, stable feel. my old forks were so crappy and flexible, the front would dance all over the place... now its rock solid! handles jumps a lot better too... however the front now seems to sit a bit lower (even with the forks down low) and its a bit harder to wheelie, but it just feels so much better

yea man i hate the stock forks on the agb21...they are pussies and bottom out on jumps way too easy, today i was doing jumps only about a metre high if that and the frame bent so now ive gotta pull everything off, bend the frame back and weld braces so that it wont bend again...ivbut its well worth ite spent more time working on this bike then i have riding it lol i love it

Did you have to modify or make a new bracket to mount the front brake caliper in the right spot? I've tried fitting these forks to a pitpro 125rr and the front caliper doesn't line up with the disc. Tried grinding down the spacers on the mounting bracket for the front caliper and got it to mount in the right spot in relation to left and right but the brake pads only clamp on the very outer part of the disc. Has anybody fitted fastace forks to a pitpro 125rr? Any help Appreciated!!

you need to make a new braket and space them down under the original mounting holes its a pain in the arse but youll get it eventually.
