flat spot in 3rd gear

just wondering i got one of my bikes back from the mechanic he cleaned the carb an put new bearings in wheels but now there seems to be a flat spot in 3rd, just dies abit then shoots off what might i need to do (LIFAN 140)

take it back and make him fix it free of charge? if it was fine before...

i would drop the needle a clip and see what happens first

must be the wheel bearings shorting out the flux capacitor... ba ha ha
Like Headsmess said, take it back, state it was working fine before they "fixed" it...
The bit where you said "he cleaned the carby" has me thinking they dicked around with it...
