Fork oil?

Just dropped the oil out of the forks from my DHZ DPRO 160 cause they were way too soft, and I was going to replace it with about the same amount but 10W, but I got about 100ml out of one leg, and about 200ml out of the other. Anyone know approx. how much is in their forks?

Not sure exactly how much. I'm would take a guess at 200ml.

I would be trying 7.5W first. Better off going in smaller steps.

I already bought the 10W oil, so I just put about 220ml of that in. Stiffened it up quite a lot and felt much better on the track yesterday.
