Front brake assembly

How do I know what front brake assembly to order from t.bolt? The sizes are : 43mm, 46mm, 51mm. Not sure what those sizes represent.

They represent the distance eye to eye of the brake mount on the forks, in that picture it is 46mm.

let them know if you are running a 190mm disc or a 220mm disc also.
