fuell tanks

ok i got a normal fuel tank crf style and it has a normal fuel tap and wen it runs out of fuel theres still fuel in the tank say 400ml left just wondering if the pick up on these fuel taps are high and if a fuel tank with a reserve would fix this?

they do have a reserve tried putting the fuel tap so it points up.....when yout turn it does it point down?

on is down and off is just turning it to the left 90 degrease

nope the chinese mini bikes dont have reserve like big motorcross bikes and road bikes and quads etc.

some of the cheaper crap chinas dont have reserve taps,

but all of the bikes ive seen from pitpro,dhz,mso etc all have had reserve taps on them,

ive got plenty of spare reserve taps if by some chance you live locally to me lol (SA)

me guna source oput a reserve tap then cuz mine is pooey and uznt have 1

I got a reserve tap if anyone is chasing one. If your bike is semi-decent it will have a reserve line on your petcock.

yeh mines a pitpro 140 2008 modle and it doesnt have a reserve tap but my m8s does weird so yeh it doesnt have one

umm if it gets too bad and you dont have a reserve, just find something, and tip the bike over to the side of the tank that the tap is on and that gets the fuel on the right side. you see the frame goes through the tank and the tank has a ridge to accomodate that, so a bit of fuel is left on the wrong side.
