Hi, i have recently bought my 10year old a 50cc autoclutch bike & have found the gearshift to be extremely heavy to both up shift & down shift even for me. Also it is near impossible to find neutral, 1n234 shift pattern. I have tried many different clutch adjustments none of which make any real difference. i have removed the right engine cover to take a look & removed the clutch release arm off the gearshift shaft and confirmed that it is the clutch release that is making it heavy.
does anybody have any suggestions to lighten the gear shift as my 10yearold has no hope of shifting up & to remedy the finding neutral problem.
