Genuine fastace shock?

Is there anyway to tell if this is a genuine fastace shock?

id take a punt and say yeh that is genuine but at the same time people r becoming pretty good at making acurite copy's so i dunno ring who ever is selling it ?? but id say it would be

i spose alot of shops would buy fast ace shocks in tho bit hard to tell on the net =)

im pretty sure its real, but if you have a mono swingarm these shocks are no good there are for a triangle swingarm

The thing that gets me is all the different pictures around of the same model.

For example:

Fastace.net - BS-58RC

Fastace.com - BS-58RC

Elstars.com.au

All of these seem different with different positioning of damper knob, the elstars one doesnt even have the silver rings on it etc etc...

What do I need for a mono style? A 1000lb/in model one?

mono you will need a shock with 280mm eye to eye which is a fastace BS-66AR or 66RC

id say wat is, its still the same shock obviously but the end with the dampner knob on it will twist 360 degrees and back same with every shock. so there all the same just twisted in a different position =)
