Hi all,
Ive had a bit of trouble with my Genuine Thumpstar 110 Rear Brake Master Cylinder. I cant describe how many places ive tried to get it off but have had no success. The seals and pistons in the cylinder have worn and i need a new cylinder. I'm thinking about buying one off Elstar Products - specialist supplier of Petrol Motorbikes(pit Bikes) 50-125cc, ATVs (Quad bikes) and Fast Fifties , we are also an agent for Apollo motorbikes, Orion,Elstar Motorbikes Shineray. Elstar Products provides after-sale service and supplie. They have one for $40 that fits Apollo bikes and some others. It would work fine/perfectly, i just need to fit it to the bike itself. The screws dont match up, about 2-3mm out. I was gonna buy a plate of metal and attach it to the screw holes on the bike, then attach the cylinder to the metal plate. Cause the screw holes on the cylinder dont match up with those on the bike. It would work its just a pain. Any other ideas??? If someone had a Genuine one i would be greatful.....Rear Brake Master Cylinder that is for a 110 Genuine Thumpstar. PLEASEEEE. Wanna get back in the bush. Its crapp without back brakes.
Thanks.
Any help would be great...

Terra-moto still use the same rear master cylinder set up's - best contact terra-moto dealers. These are a pain in the ass big time as no other master cylinder is out there alike. Best try and get your hands on an old snapped frame with a mount off to the side and have it welded on your frame or cut and weld the mounts on your frame - we did this with my mates terra moto and it worked out fine. Good luck mate!

alrighty. ill have a look around. Even if i buy one thats similar and just get a bracket or plate made that will attach it to the bike. Everything else fits as you most likely already know. just gettin the thing on the bike. Thanks for your help man
