1999 suzuki ds80 won't name all the mods ect that's for another thread. Stock rim size currently looking into what would be the best treads for my buck for it? I norm ride a mix of pine needle laden woods with loose soil and hard track however my next few rides may have a lil soft stuff involved as well. And as for the forks it seems common for them on this bike to bend and I can see why they are thin as a toothpick anyone have any luck finding a triple tree that I could retrofit that I could possibly add thicker forks? My 1974 ct70 has thicker forks and its smaller in hp and tires come on now

welcome to Miniriders,

don't forget to drop by and say hello in our Introduce Yourself thread too.

i would be looking at the Dunlop MX51's or Pirelli MX eXTra's
i am using a Kenda Trackmaster on the front of my DS80, and have found it to be a lot better on the looser stuff, but still pretty good on the hard/compacted dirt

the forks on both of my DS80's (85,86) are still good, i haven't heard of anyone bending them.

cheers, craig

Ok cool. And I didn't bend em myself just I've seen a lot of em on ebay bent so I figured id double check lol.
