Grips

hi im putting new grips on my bike and dont have any grip glue any suggestions on how to put new ones on without glue?? cheers

Use some hair spray. Spray a bit on your bars and the grips should slide right on, and in 10 minutes they should dry up and stick.

yer cheers i just used hairspray about 10 minutes ago and just for them to stick better i put a few cable ties on them .. but will the hairspray come loose in the wet or should it be ok ? plus i have about 3mm gap etween the end of the handle bars and the grips will this matter?

the gap shouldnt be a problem. im pretty sure the hair spray will keep the grips stuck. I always use to do it when i was into push bike riding and it worked well.

theres a glue in the grips when ya get em, the hair spray makes it all sticky so it sticks
