I brought new boots today and took my pitbike out for a run, i found it very hard to change gears, could you's give me some tips to help me change gears with boots? Thanks :)

Are they full size boots or 50 boots?

Only thing you can do is as Crazzy mentioned, adjust your lever to suit and keep wearing them. Once your use to them you'll be sweet.

Fill your boots with warm water, leave them for like 15 minutes and then put your boots on and ride your bike as normal. You'll find the boots have a little more movement when wet. Once they dry because you have been moving certain areas they will have more movement/flex there. It feels feral to ride with them wet but is worth it and it will prevent you getting blisters will riding them boots in. Also move your shifter lever up on a higher angle and look around on ebay as some shifter levers are longer then others. This is pretty much all you can do. In time you will get the hang of it and it will be second nature! But remember you don't want too much movement or flex in the boots because if you do they won't be doing there job as well!

Good luck!

Okay, i moved my gear lever up and my boots fit straight under it, perfect guys. I have full boots -.-
I also filled them with warm water like you said Rach, felt weird but it did keep my feet warm for a bit when riding, wasn't as hard to change gears and i've got the hang of them :) Seems good guys thanks for your help! :)
