Help, Im looking to buy a Peace Moto, ssr or xtreme88-110 which is good

I am looking at a 600 to 700 budget and found these 3 in that range. Just dont know which to pick. I found a Peace Moto 110 near me but scared to buy it. Cant find anything about it on the web.

Just using it as a pit bike to get around at the races.

Theres a good chance they're all made in the same factory mate!
