HEY everybody i stacked my bike and i have broken somthing and the throttle is jammed

can anyone tell me how to fix it PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is your throttle jammed?? cause that is a pic of your flywheel
the best way to fix that is to install a inner rotor kit, the irk will come with a new one an mounting point so you dont have to fix the old one

my throttle is jammed but i was showing the pic of the little electronic thing and my bike isnt a start in any gear could i still put a irk in

Dude, its ******** when people say you cant run them on non any gear start engines, It still works fine. Goodluck

yeah frankys right ive heard a few ppl on this site have it installed on an its fine

buy a new bike or a 140cc outlaw motor

if you dont want to put a irk on the bike then buy a new stator and flywheel off the net and put that on, you wont be able to fix the old one cos its stuffed and the sensor will be broken, its just to hard.
good luck with it all its an easy job just remember to drain the oil first.

its still starts cant i like glue it back on lol

This happened to me, it just gets snagged and you just have to loosen these screws on the throttle housing to free it and it'll snap right back.

i fixed the throttle cable it was just ben a bit but the bike use to start before i took the cover off now it dosent how much will i be looking at for the parts i need does anyone know a shop in victoria

try adjusting the idle setting on the carby and you might have some luck without having to go and buy parts

you did fix the flywheel cos youll need to fix that too.

nah havnt fixed it the little thing is snapped off its hanging by the wires i tryed ajudsting the carby didnt work need new parts how much will i be looking at??????

epping motobikes thats a good shop for parts.. or call atomik they are cheapest

yeh youll be looking at around 50-100 bucks i reckon for a new flywheel and stator the bike wont start until you fix these things

hey mate..u have two choices...(1) buy an irk.... around $120 (2) Go to ur local boilershop and get them two mounts tig welded back on..$50 max....both will do the trick fine just depends on how much cash u got! if you was local i'd tig it for ya.

you cant weld it cause im pretty sure its cast iron or some thing like that
