hey people!

my cousin has a 125.. I'm not too sure what it is. but it's playing up. Gen's dad said something about the carbie slide is jammed.. not entirely sure what that means. or how to fix it? any of you guys able to help me out?!

thanx. Dylan. :)

umm.. when you're riding... it sorta sticks... like you let go of the throttle but it doesn't go totally off... am I making any sense?

yes; take the slide out of the carby and make sure theres no crap in there and make sure its free and not getting stuck and also it may be your throttle that is sticking so maybe lube it up a bit.
or it maybe simple like sus1 said and idle my be too high

I don't know where the carbie slide is... I'm new to bikes. idles aren't high.. Gen (Mintard) fixed that for us last time she was up. but didn't have any time 2 do anything else coz she was in a rush.. could you possible explain what the carbie slide is? where it is? how to take it off? sorry I'm kinda dumb :)

the throttle cable goes into the top of the carbie and where that goes in, the top should screw off and when you screw it off and pull it up the slide a spring and the throttle cable should all come out.

if its slowly dropping back down then the idle screw may have indented the slide
wich means that u wont ever get true idle because it will go to what u think is idle but the drop more

Hey Guys! Am new around here, iVe got a loncin 125 goes great only thing is my acceleration/ Throttle. While started and running in neutral, if i let go of throttle it dies?? Is this just the cable or idle speed?
