help please

i have just brought a atomik 70cc and it is blowing fuel and air back out of the carbi,when we first got it the bike started fine,also seems very hard to kick over,any help would be good

one of my mates has the same problem on the same bike, im having a look at it, swaped it for a brand new spare carby i had around, checked and reset the timing correctly, set the valve clearences correctly.

i dont think it has spark, but the plug has been glued into the head with metal putty... lol so il probly have to take the head off and see if its got spark..
