Hi I have a motovert mojo 2005 model 110cc I would like to know the torque settings for the clutch springs and the clutch plate order and if there is a manual.

clutch plate order is just the obvious if you use common sense.. you cant have a steel plate running against an alloy hub so you must start with a fiber plate and finish with a fiber plate..
fiber then steel then fiber then steel till you have none left..

torque settings is rarely used, im guessing this isnt a crank mounted clutch engine so the 4 bolts just need to be about 8 Nm or 5.8 ft lb

ok thanks heaps.About the clutch plates do I start from the engine side and work outways if I do I end with a steel plate is this right

something dont sound right, no matter where you start you should start and finish with fiber plates..

how ever lol... i have occasionally come across chinese vertical engines with the wrong clutch pack order. there always killing clutch's

think you need to put a pic up of the clutch setup and the plates... sounds like its a crank mounted clutch..
