heyy people i need help with my bike. the front sprocket has come off and it goes on but as soon as i take off it comes off. i dont have any pictures yet but ive tightend up the bolts.. can anyone help me 2 put it back on..

weld it on lmao...... new hightensile bolts for the 10th time give that a try

there shold be like a thin bit of metal between the sprocket and the bolt that holds it onto the spline, watever you do do not weld it on its meant to have a bit of play in it.

Ok, tommorrow I'll take the case off and have a look I need to replace the chain and sprockets anyway...

it's only held on buy a lil metal washer thingo, the spline has a groove in it about 5mm in and it sit's just off th pattern VIA the 2 bolts that go on to the spk, you have proly lost that bit

yer i tightend up the bolts but now their bit trheaded tightend 2 much.. im so bored ahvnt ridden 4 3 weeks cuz ov this ****** problem

so do you still have that metal washer/clip/spk holder on piece of metal? if so just get a new spk & bolts from the place you got it from (if not some guy down the road)

Hey mate, go to your local motorbike shop and ask for a butterfly clip from a PW80, theses clips go straight onto the arm the sprocket sits on, best way to fix it mate, goodluck.

Thats all that holds it on?? A pin? Well isnt obvious if the pin is missing it will fall out?
