I don't think you're saying that Jailing and Honda are the same.....I hope not.
It goes like this...

China is becoming much more than a labour market, like Taiwan was before it. (Interesting to note that the Chinese are still sourcing the best shocks for pitbikes from Taiwan)
Usually a labour market has a time limit, as it boosts the economy of the country. The factories are tooled up to the next tier of manufacturing and the minimum wage rises and it is no longer a labour market. The suppression of the workers by the communist regime in China has meant that the duration of it's labour market status will be extended, which in turn has created the confidence for many foreign companies to invest big, which has tooled up their manufacturing at an alarming rate. Highly tooled factories with a low minimun wage is a manufacturing dream. The last piece of the puzzle is engineering expertise which has been a big bargaining chip brought to the table by companies such as Honda.
Corroboration with companies with advanced engineering will obviously give a company the edge over others, but it would be misleading to suggest that Jailing is the only company that Honda has done this with.
If you notice, Honda didn't dump it all in one load, it did it one engine at a time, and with different companies. This was probably so that it wouldn't create one big advanced Chinese company that would ultimately become Honda's competitor.
The links you have posted really show the last stages of the corroboration which is the marketing and the executive arms, as takeover bids etc are made in the corporate process.
I know what I have said is a simplistic explanation, but I had to make it in case people followed your even more simplistic one.

Welcome to the forum.....did you sign up just to make that post?
Actually I don't watch TV...it'll make you blind one way or another. I read.
Bottom line....don't think Jailing is the only one in bed with Honda.
I've read that Lifan engines have more compatibility with Honda parts than Jailing as they've been on a similar track with Honda.

jailing and lifan, there is fk all diff between those engines. they prolly made in same factory. the only one that is diff is the zonger

Don't you mean the Zonger and Lifan are the same and the Jialing is different...
