So, I have to build an auto-clutch motor for a TRX90. No time to do a stroker, and a 114 just won't do. No time to source a Shark 57x69 jug. So, I'm making do with what I have. Last night I offset-bored the cases to 60.5mm to accept the mid-block spigot. Shrunk the height of a Lifan 150 cylinder, bored it to 57mm to accept a 146 kit piston from TB, and bada-bing, 126.3cc BV "Honda". Of course, it'll still get my close-ratio 4-speed trans conversion, kicker install, and head work. Today, I hope:)

Even a drunken Woggy could find this one:

Still gotta shorten the spigot and dress-down the last bit of sleeve to fit cases:

Where's the darn Shop-Vac?

Thanks, Damo:) Your stuff should be in Customs shortly.
Hopefully they are kind and release it quickly.

The cylinder finished up nicely, and the close-ratio 4-speed's all tucked in place.
I'm trying to get it buttoned to ship today, for a triathlon race this weekend. MX in the AM, flattrack that evening and a nasty X-country race the next morning. We'd run her Daytona-headed 54x54 but the rules for this one require an auto clutch. One weekend motor, then I'll put a 56mm flattop and short cam in it for her brother to run next season.

New CR 4-speed and kicker conversion:

Eeeeeew, stock trans' with big 2-3 gap:

Starting to look like an engine. Added a plate to the clutch pack:

Guess I still need to wipe the 150cc marks off the jug;) Looks cute, cut down by 10mm, huh?

man im digging this setup. whenever you gotta free moment shoot me a text n let me know what it would run for the kicker and rack set up. if you had to guess what do you think the auto clutch could withstand hp wise? i think i may make mine a 56 or 57mm stroke and spin it to win it ;-)
