How did you start to ride minibikes?

Brought an old school vert 140 and needed some help getting things setup.

Thought Planet Mini's was a pretty gay forum and then found Miniriders that had an awesome crew and real knowledgeable guys that would help any one out. I was hooked from that day on. That was nearly 6 years ago now.

Brought one for my wife to learn to ride on, nice cheap way to start riding. Which she loved so, i thought i better get one myself so I can ride at her level, and had so much fun i maxed it out and now race it Cheapest form of "decent" entertainment

never had much money growing up so never able to get a bike, wanted a bike and I found a cheap enough one. loved it. so much fun. still here since 2006!

I agree with that! I used to spend more on a MTB than it would have cost to upkeep a full sized Jap bike. I just never though about pit bikes until recently, as I gave up on riding due to to many injuries. Realised a few weeks ago half decent second hand pit bikes are $400 and though, I think its time I started riding motorbikes!

The realised why I loved bikes so much again, good times at a reasonable price! :thumbup:

Having a few beers at my mates place and he rolls out his original pitboss 10" and says look what I brought for $700 off eBay! Well after about 2hrs of pissing of the whole street I just had to have one! I didn't really know much about them, so I did some searching - found Miniriders and the rest is history!
