How do I rebuild gearbox?

Hey.. I have a old 4spd clutchless 86cc or so thumpster gearbox that I have been trying to rebuilld. Everytime I put it together and try pull it thru gears on the workbench it goes up thru them ok clicks down one then jamms!!!! I must be puttin something in the wrong order but have tried assembly 10x now and still same prob... Anybody know of any online assembly instructions or know of a rebuilder in the Auckland NZ area?? its the missus bike and shes on my ass to get it goin again haha

make sure you have the little bolt done up that goes in the shift drum..
its located above the front sprocket behind the rubber bung, sometimes this bung has wires coming out of it for neutral light...if the bung has wires coming out of it then there should be a strange looking brass washer in there too....the bolt takes a 10mm socket and should be done up tight
