How do I remove this sprocket?

I have a mini bike but I have no idea how to remove my front sprocket.
I'm tinkering around because I'm new to this and mini bike currently is a pos haha

I watch video but they all have a nut to remove to get the sprocket off. I don't see any nuts to remove....

Welcome to MR mate, there appears to have been a circlip on there at some stage, can you wobble the sprocket?
If so you should just be able to turn that locking washer round till the key part finds the hole. It should only be 1/8 of a turn left or right.

yeah Cordogs is right, i think the Circlip is still there even ?
do you have any Circlip pliers ?
