How to remove oil sling? what tools needed?

Hey guys, i have a lightened oil slinger here to replace the standard one..I have taken the cover off of the original oil slinger (4 bolts), inside the sling theres a weird shaped bolt..Does anyone know how i can remove this without doing any damage?

Well i asked the same question the other day and no one helped me but what i did was screwed some bolts the same size as the ones that come off the cover that goes on slinger and put a srewdriver between the two bolts and use a tool for srewing in brake pistons but that tool you have photo should work
But now after putting lightend slinger on i cant select gears let me tell you that lifan engines are built like **** this is my first lifan or no jap motor and i can tell you that there nothing but **** **** bearings **** everything but you get what you pay for dont you
