no offence but for internet and apps a mini is terrible, the screen is so damn small its crazy. i know someone who has one. ud be better off buying something like a lg optimus 2x or something theyre only $350 outright unlocked. just sayin is all, on top of that the specs of the optimus are better (cpu, gpu wise)
