Sorry for the weird title guys but this is a few questions rolled into one.

Over in Pommy land there are road rego'able 200cc quads. Before i go digging any deeper i thought id throw it up here for anyone that may have some feedback/knowledge on it first.

What do you think the chances of getting one to comply here in Oz? ie: you think i would have a chance getting one rego'd for the road over here if i was to bring one over??

the only time i have have ever seen a quad licensed was a mate of mine, lost the use of his legs in a motorcycle accident & after about 50 letters & much bad noise they finally aloud him to license one.

so im pretty sure u have no chance :)

coppers can have them and surf lifesavers all have licensed ones. you can get them licensed for farm use.

there should be a way.

Yeah but it's no faster then driving a car! That was kind of my point :\

who said anything about goin as fast as a car..your missing my point...lol

here are the ones you can rego in pommyville. Bit gay looking but could be fun i think.

bit gay will suit the guy that wants to buy 1 :D . but if it dosent have a comp plate i dont think its alloud

regardless the brand you need to get them complied for aus ADR's..
crash testing, emission testing, brake testing is just some of the things required..

unless your going to sell them by the thousand it would work..

Any one know if there is much intrest these days in the motovert rx 125cc? the street legal pit bike?
