yes it's a fake. i see this all the time on ebay, people saying 'thumpstar style' or 'thumpstar look alike' i hate it how they can use a name like thumpstar to percieve people into thinking it's real when u can tell it's not, look @ that **** quality, funny thing is people wouldent know the diff.
I always leave a comment in peoplss auctions that say it's a thumpstar when obviously it's not, they get all fired up it's funny coz then ppl dont buy it.

Thumpstar has become a generic term for a pit bike because thumpstar did not protect itself by patents, registering names etc. therefor could not stop ripoffs. Thumpstar has changed its name to terra-moto and will protect this name and designs. All the stuff still comes out of China but there is GOOD and BAD stuff that comes out of china but none is as good as JAPAN.
