i just wanted to know can some one give me some dimentions of the pro taper bars please
i would like to know how long is it from one end of the hand grip from the other end
an from were the handgrip bar starts to bend down to the other one on the other side



also today my carby was leaking little drops of fuel why is this happening any one know???

where was it leaking from if it was coming out of a tube from the bottom of the carby there is usually a bolt just above it it may need to be tightened. I had a bit of trouble the other day i had bloody petrol coming out of everywhere the air filter out the two tubes and that was because the float in the carby hadn't settled which quiet possibly could be your problem.:D
 
thanks KTMKID thats what i needed

yeah the fuel was slowly dripping from the bottom over flow on the carby but the engine is about 3 months old now?? so i might clean the carby out oh i also noticed my zorst wasnt on properly so maybe that was making it run off that might have been the problem too
 
ok well ive got more questions yey!
first is can some one plese tell me which wires go to what on a pitpro 110cc
cause i pulled my motor off quickly but forgot to have a look what color connects to what color i know you should just match up the colors but i wanna know just incase its not
second the engine isnt running right so i thought by off chance the wiring
tomorrow ill check out some of the usual problems but let me know what i should check just incase i dont know every thing too check

its just not running right it will die if you revv to quick

also i got my 138cc an allthough im still running in it feels like its got some balls which i cant wait 2 see
also i have changed some bolts to high tensile ill change the rest on monday
but a valve breather on it (thanks full-on)
a blue oil filter an changed the front sprocket to 16teeth

oh!!!!! how do you take the top bolt off that holds the rear shock to the frame i know this sound like a dumb question but i cant get it off the nut came off easy but when you pull the bolt out it hits a part of the frame???
 
you got to kind of twist it and froce it it will come out eventually can be a pain at times also undo the bottom bolt before hand as this will free up a bit more movement.
 
as for the 110 and how id dies when you jerk on the throttle i was told by a mechanic that this is a built in safety mechanism.
 
nah it never did it before when i revv it hard but i will have a look soon an see if i can fix it if not ill be back
an ill try to force the top bolt of like tubes said

any one kknow about the wiring loom ???
