Had a ride today with a mate on ktm 450 and another on a Suzuki 700 quad. Started on the nitrous 150 I got for a carton. Rode for about 15 mins and the rear wheel blew out. Very impressed with the pick up of the yx150. Limped it home and tried to swap with a spare wheel I had lying about but could swap a bearing.
Plan 2. Take the good wheel off the nitrous and swap it with the blown one on my mso. Mission acomplised. Got back out. Bike was riding real good until I snapped the oil cooler bracket!!! A bunge strap later and im away again! 10 mins down the road and my bike starts to die when the throtle is snapped on. Nek minnut no fuel!! Aghhhh lol. Didn't fuel that bike as i didn't think I would be riding it. Tipped my mates 450 over, cut open a tinnie and got some fuel then smashed it home haha. What a day. Ever had one??

Haha nice one. Yeah had a few of those days. Had a race one day. Day before snapped clutch level, fixed. Popped front tire, changed it. Didnt inflate. Damn, changed again, phew inflated and raced! Its part of the fun isnt it?

haha i've had many of those days..
not long ago just trying to get my motovert working again i snapped the clutch nut head then snapped engine mount bolts and something else.. then gave up haha.

today spent like 20 minutes trying to get the chain sorted because i've broken the adjustment bolts its alot hard to get right. then in 5 minutes of been on the track bike runs out of fuel and rear brakes seized so had to lift it across the track.. now i know why it felt a little slugish today compared to normal..

Yeah went riding bout 3 weeks ago, needed a tyre so grabbed a cheap china 2nd hand from work and new tube, 300m and a flatty and the tyre wall was so thin it trashed the edges of my new alloy hubbed red rim, straight back to work installed a kenda rear and new tube(after filing the rim down from rock damage) went out half hour later hit a hidden lamp post footing with the threads hanging out, and flat again, the kenda being thick walled stopped the rim from getting thrashed, so back too the ute and that was it. haha when it rains, it pours.:bigcry:

Haha good stories. Yeah its been pissing down lately so was a good ride and I was keen. Keeping up with the quad then all that happened!! The joys of Chinese pittys! Lol. By the way stubbies don't do real well in a small eski getting thrown around. Temd to leak lol
