Kasea bike

I found a 50cc bike that is a kasea, Anyone ever heard of this brand? Are they complete crap or decent. How fast do 50cc bikes go?

need a bit more info mate.. some 50's are fast, some are slow. depends how its geared.. any pictures on this find? need more info to be able to really determine just WHAT it is...
