i ve bought a new lifan140 and a KEIHIN REPLICA PWK 28mm FLATSLIDE CARBY and i need help working out what size jet to put in it the ones in it at the moment are to big i think, because it just floods it self really bad and i carnt tune it out ive moved the clip and that makes no difference any info will be good. the jets that are in there at the moment are pilot 37 and main are102.

i have a 26mm PWK Keihin on my 141cc and it runs a 42 pilot and 110 main, have a look at some of the past threads on carbys i posted a really good guide to tuning that i found on planetminis, find it follow it and youll get the carby dialled.
